With your request, please include the following information:
– Organization name
– Location of Event
– Date and time of event
– Whether the event is indoor or outdoors
– Your phone number
– Any other pertinent details of the event

**Mascots are not available during game days, and availability is based off of prior commitments made by the team for that time frame.
