Ron Stackhouse (1967-1969)
Stackhouse played two seasons with the Peterborough Petes. He was drafted 18th overall in the 1969 NHL Amateur Draft by the California Golden Seals. He jumped right from junior to the NHL, playing a full season with the Seals before being traded to Detroit in the 1971-72 season. After spending two and a half seasons with the Red Wings he was traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1974 and played out the remainder of his NHL career with the Pens. He retired from the NHL with 889 games played, totaling 459 points.
