Josh Gillam – Director of Performance
Josh joined the Petes as the team’s Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in September, 2017. Josh has now progressed into the Director of Performance role. Along with owning and operating Hybrid Fitness Health Performance and Hybrid Sports here in Peterborough, Josh now works closely with the Petes management, coaching staff, athletic training staff and strength and conditioning staff to facilitate top quality care and athletic development for all of the Peterborough Petes players and prospects. A Peterborough native, Josh graduated from Dartmouth College where was he was an Ivy League Division I dual-sport athlete in hockey and lacrosse. While in school, he won a Minto Cup in 2006 with the Peterborough Jr. A Lakers and a Canadian Field Lacrosse Championship. Since graduating, he has played two seasons of professional hockey in Germany, five seasons in the National Lacrosse League with the Minnesota Swarm, and won four Mann Cup championships with the Peterborough Sr. A Lakers. Josh resides in Peterborough with his wife Holly and dog Tuukka.
