Colin Campbell (1970-73)
Colin played his entire junior hockey career with the Petes including a final maroon and white season that saw him put up 47 points to go along with 189 penalty minutes. He was drafted 27th overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 1973 NHL Draft and 5th overall by the Vancouver Blazers in the 1973 WHA Draft. He played one year with Vancouver in the WHA before signing on with Pittsburgh. His NHL stops included: Pittsburgh, Colorado, Detroit, Edmonton and Vancouver before he retired in 1985 and took up coaching the New York Rangers 10 years later, spending 4 seasons with the team. He then became NHL Director of Player Safety and is currently the Director of Hockey Operations.
