Brian Miller – Head Trainer & Equipment Manager
Brian (better known in hockey circles as “BMan”) is responsible for the day-to-day medical care and equipment needs of the Petes players. In 2013, Brian won the Gold Medal as Equipment Manager with Canada’s National Jewish Hockey Team at the Maccabiah Games in Israel. BMan won the OHL J.Ross Robertson Cup in 2006 with the Petes, and has worked several CHL events including Top Prospect games, All-Star games, Canada-Russia series, and two Memorial Cups, as well the World U18 Championship in 2009 and the 2011 Canada Winter games with Team Ontario. Before joining the Petes, BMan was the Head Trainer and Equipment Manager of the AHL Saint John Flames for six seasons where he won the Calder Cup as part of the Flames organization in 2001. BMan holds a Bachelor of Phys-Ed from Brock University and is a graduate of the Sports Injury Management program at Sheridan College. He lives in Peterborough with his wife Esther, they have four adult children and three beautiful grandchildren.
