Bob Neely (1971-1973)
Bob played two seasons with the Petes, in which he tallied 76 points in 55 games during his final seasons with the team. He was selected 10th overall in the 1973 NHL Amateur Draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs. Additionally, he was selected 1st overall in the 1973 WHA Amateur Draft by the Chicago Cougars. Following his time in Peterborough, he jumped right on with the Maple Leafs for five seasons before being traded to the Colorado Rockies. He played three seasons in the AHL before retiring in 1980.
