Petes to Announce First Signing from 2020 Priority Selection on Monday
The Peterborough Petes will host an online press conference with members of the media on Monday, April 20 announcing the first player from the 2020 OHL Priority Selection signed to a standard player agreement by the team.
The Petes selected 16 players in the 2020 OHL Priority Selection presented by Real Canadian Superstore on Saturday, April 4, 2020.
In the first round, with the fifteenth overall pick, the Petes selected defenceman Donovan McCoy. In the fourteen rounds that followed, the team added fifteen promising young players to the depth chart, including four centres, four forwards, six defencemen, and two goalies. They are as follows:
