2022 Petes Training Camp Day Four Wrap-Up: Maroon & White Game and Player Reassignments
Peterborough Petes 2022 Training Camp presented by Pat McCauley, East Side Mario’s and Hybrid Sports wrapped up on Friday with the annual Maroon & White game taking place at 4:05pm at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
Team White captured the annual intrasquad game by a score of 5-1. Vancouver Canucks prospect Connor Lockhart led the way with 2 goals and Tucker Robertson had a goal and an assist to help Team White to victory. Chase Stillman scored the lone goal for Team Maroon with the assist coming from Jonathan Melee.
On Friday, September 2, Petes General Manager, Michael Oke, announced that the following players have been reassigned:

- Declan Bowmaster, RW – Haliburton Huskies
- Nolan Brett, C – St Mary’s Lincolns
- Brennan Faulkner, C – Strathroy Rockets
- Luca Hobbs, RW – To be determined
- Maximus Macerollo, LW – Cambridge RedHawks
- Rheydan McCoy, D – To be determined
- Jace McGrail, D – Sarnia Legionnaires
- Owen McKinnon, D – London Nationals
- Owen McNamara, RW – Lindsay Muskies
- Gabriel Runco, D – Brantford 99’ers
- Darren Wilson, D – Toronto Jr Canadians
The Petes will clash with the rival Oshawa Generals on Sunday at 2:05pm at the Asphodel-Norwood Community Centre in their first pre-season game of the 2022-23 season. Tickets are sold out for that game, but it will be streamed live on the Petes Facebook Page.
