Important dates to get you ready for the 2023-2024 season
Oshawa, Ont., – We’re officially at the point of the summer when we start asking ourselves, “Is it hockey season yet?” Well, thankfully, it’s a lot closer than you think!
HOME EXHIBITION GAME – SEPTEMBER 10TH
This season, the Oshawa Generals are hosting just one home exhibition game and it is taking place right here at the Tribute Communities Centre on Sunday, September 10th at 6:05 p.m. As a huge thank you to our biggest fans who stick with us through the ups and downs of every season, Season Ticket Holders for the 2023-2024 season will find a free ticket to this game in their ticket booklets.
Not a Season Ticket holder? (You should be, click here to get more information) Don’t worry! Tickets to the September 10th exhibition sale will be available starting August 15th at 10 a.m. at the Tribute Communities Centre Ticket Office and online for ONLY $12!
HOME OPENER – OCTOBER 1ST
The Oshawa Generals will open the home schedule of their 86th year of existence on Sunday, October 1st at 6:05 against their division rival Kingston Frontenacs. Last season, the Generals finished just one point ahead of the Frontenacs for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
Last year, the same two teams met during the Generals season home opener, which saw the Gens take it 4-2.
An Oshawa Generals home opener is a party both on and off the ice. A street party will take place once again outside of Gate 1, at the corner of Athol and Mary. This year, we’re featuring the local musical performances of ‘Two for the Show.’ A beer garden and food vendors will also line Gate 1 for fans to enjoy.
Single-game tickets for the 2023-2024 season officially go on sale at 10 a.m. on August 22nd. Tickets can be purchased at the Tribute Communities Centre Ticket Office or online.
