WESTLAND INSURANCE COMMUNITY PLAYER OF THE MONTH: BEN BUJOLD
The Brantford Bulldogs are pround to announce the Westland Insurance Community Player of the Month for November… Bulldogs forward Ben Bujold.
In the month of November, Bujold led a school visit to Bellview Public School in Brantford as well as being a big part of the leadership team that took time pre-game on November 26th to meet and greet the members of the Bulldogs kid’s club.
Leading a trip to Bellview Public School on November 28th, Bujold was outstanding in relating the “Learn, Lead, Inspire” campaign from the Grand Erie District School Board to what he’s learned both in the classroom & in being an OHL player.
Bujold left the students, grades 4 through 8 with a message on being a good classmate, teammate and having a positive impact in your community. Bujold then stayed for an hour after the discussion to ensure every student, and a few teachers, came away with an autograph and a photo.
On November 26th, during the Bulldogs Kids Club event, Bujold was a large part in bringing the team, pre-game, to surprise the kids in attendance to meet and greet, sign autographs and take photos.
Bujold was all smiles as he went from table to table and made a point to visit with each kid in attendance, once again showing his commitment to the community and working to be a role model for the younger generation.
Following Ben’s work in November, and hit commitment to working with the kids in the Brantford community we are proud to name Ben Bujold our captain and happy to name Lawson the Westland Insurance Community Player of the Month for November.
