67’s Wrap Up Regular Season in Kingston
With another critical two points on the line, the Ottawa 67’s finish the 2021-22 regular season how they started it: on the road against the Kingston Frontenacs. With at least a point, the Barber Poles can clinch no worse than seventh place in the Eastern Conference, heading into the postseason. The action begins at 7:00pm ET, and fans can watch live on Rogers TV, stream on CHL TV, or hear Kenny Walls call the contest on 580 CFRA.
Ottawa is looking to make it two wins in a row over the Fronts, coming off of a 5-0 victory on home ice, last night. Brady Stonehouse got the 67’s started, Vinzenz Rohrer added on, and Jack Beck scored a pair, before Will Gerrior put a bow on Max Donoso’s first career shutout performance.
The game is meaningful for the 67’s, in the standings, as the results of this weekend could see them finish anywhere from sixth to eighth in the East, and face either the Hamilton Bulldogs, North Bay Battalion, or these same Frontenacs in the first round of the J. Ross Robertson Cup playoffs.
