67’s to open playoffs at Gatineau’s Slush Puppie Centre
The Ottawa 67’s will play the first round of the 2022-23 J. Ross Robertson Cup playoffs from the Slush Puppie Centre in Gatineau, Quebec, the team announced today.
Ottawa will call Gatineau home for their first, and second home games, and third if necessary, before returning to The Arena at TD Place for a potential Game 7.
The move comes as The Arena at TD Place hosts the World Men’s Curling Championships, from April 1 to April 9.
The newly-built Slush Puppie Centre, home of the QMJHL’s Gatineau Olympiques, will serve as the site of 67’s home games throughout the first round of the postseason, before returning home to The Arena at TD Place for Rounds Two through Four.
The 67’s would like to thank Vision Multisports Outaouais inc., owner and manager of the Centre, as well as the Gatineau Olympiques for their hospitality, and look forward to an exciting week of junior hockey in Gatineau.

The 67’s will take on the Olympiques in a home-and-home series this week, beginning Thursday night at The Arena at TD Place and wrapping up Saturday at the Slush Puppie Centre.
Les 67’s d’Ottawa joueront la première ronde des séries éliminatoires de la Coupe J. Ross Robertson 2022-23 au Centre Slush Puppie de Gatineau, au Québec, a annoncé l’équipe aujourd’hui.
Ottawa habitera Gatineau pour son premier et deuxième match à domicile, et son troisième si nécessaire, avant de retourner à l’aréna de la Place TD pour un éventuel match no 7.
Cette décision survient alors que l’aréna de la Place TD accueille les Championnats du monde de curling masculin, du 1er au 9 avril.
Le nouveau Centre Slush Puppie, domicile des Olympiques de Gatineau de la LHJMQ, accueillera les matchs à domicile des 67’s tout au long de la première ronde des séries éliminatoires, avant que l’équipe retourne à l’aréna de Place TD pour les rondes deux à quatre.
Les 67’s tiennent à remercier Vision Multisports Outaouais inc., propriétaire et gestionnaire du Centre, ainsi que les Olympiques de Gatineau pour leur hospitalité et attendent avec impatience une semaine excitante de hockey junior à Gatineau.
