QMJHL Roundup: Dupre earns shutout, Moncton blanks Saint John
SAINT JOHN, N.B. — Sebastien Dupre stopped 29 shots and the Moncton Wildcats picked up their third win in a row by downing the host Saint John Sea Dogs 5-0 on Thursday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.
Kevin Klima, William Bower, Manuel Widerer, Lane Cormier and Liam Murphy supplied the offence for the Wildcats (14-6-2).
Marc-Antoine Turcotte started in net for the Sea Dogs (12-9-1) and stopped 26-of-29 shots. Alex Bishop made an appearance in the second period and allowed two goals on three shots in 2:21 of action before Turcotte went back in.
Moncton went 1 for 5 on the power play while Saint John failed to score on six chances with the man advantage.

TITAN 4 MOOSEHEADS 3
BATHURST, N.B. — Antoine Morand scored once and set up two more as the Titan edged Halifax.
Christophe Boivin, Mark Simpson and Jeffrey Truchion-Viel also found the back of the net for Acadie-Bathurst (8-13-2), which got a 24-save outing from Reilly Pickard.
Timo Meier had a pair of goals for the Mooseheads (8-13-2) while Danny Moynihan added the other. Eric Brassard stopped 30-of-34 shots in defeat.
