QMJHL: Greeg powers Huskies past Armada 2-1; Rouyn-Noranda wins seven straight
BOISBRIAND, Que. — Anthony-John Greer had a pair of power-play goals to lead the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies past the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada 2-1 on Thursday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.
Chase Marchand made 34 saves for the win as Rouyn-Noranda (40-8-4) won its seventh game in a row.
Alexander Katerinakis scored with less than three minutes to go in regulation for Blainville-Boisbriand (20-26-7), while Samuel Montembeault stopped 20 shots.
The Huskies went 2 for 5 on the power play and the Armada were 0 for 6 with the man advantage.
