Huskies hoist Jean-Rougeau Trophy
BOUCHERVILLE, Friday, March 21, 2008 The Commissioner of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Gilles Courteau, was on hand tonight at the Dave Keon Arena in Rouyn-Noranda to present the Jean-Rougeau Trophy to the regular season champion Huskies prior to tonight’s game.
"The Huskies enjoyed a remarkable season," said the Commissioner. "The players, the coaches and their staff deserve a lot of credit for this incredible accomplishment. The regular season championship would not have been possible without the tremendous support of the loyal fans in Rouyn-Noranda."

<td><span class="blackText11px">At Centre 200, goaltender <b>Olivier Roy</b> was awarded the <b>Raymond-Lagacé</b> Trophy as the League’s top defensive rookie. In forty-seven starts, Roy won twenty-seven games, including four by shutout, while maintaining a 2.87 goals-against-average and .896 save percentage.
