The Moncton Wildcats drove the PEI Rocket into overtime Wednesday night. The Wildcats stole one point from the island team by challenging the Rocket to the extra period.

PEI scored first at 5:09 of the first period on a power play. The second period remained scoreless. At 6:15 of the third Matt Eagles set up Mark Barberio to score for the Wildcats on a power play.
