Titan Notes:
The Titan will look to snap a three-game losing skid when they visit the Shawinigan Cataractes tonight. Acadie-Bathurst has lost five of their last six games including a 5-2 defeat at the hands of the Sherbrooke Phoenix last night.
The injury list has been shortened in recent days as Bennett MacArthur and Jacob Melanson were back in the lineup last night. Felix Lafrance, Hendrix Lapierre, and Chad Arsenault remain out of action but are likely to return in the 2022 President Cup Playoffs.
Cataractes Notes:
The Cataractes have won three in a row heading into tonight’s game including a 6-5 shootout win over the Drummondville Voltigeurs on Sunday. Lead by the trio of Olivier Nadeau, Xavier Bourgault, and Mavrik Bourque, Shawinigan currently sits third in the western conference and second in the central division.
Shawinigan’s roster features former Titan defenceman Sam McKinney as well as defenceman Jordan Tourigny, the younger brother of Titan defenceman Miguel Tourigny.
