CHL Game Worn Jerseys Available Online
Check out the CHL Auction page to place a bid on a variety of game-worn jerseys from the SUBWAY Super Series and the Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game featuring some of the top 2011 NHL Entry Draft prospects from the Canadian Hockey League.
The CHL Auction site is hosted by Vigorate, and is now underway. There will be several phases of the auction with new game worn jerseys available for bid weekly from now until September 11, 2011. Many of these prospects will be drafted in this year’s NHL Entry Draft held on June 24th and 25th, 2011.
Bidding on the first phase of jerseys commenced on June 20 and with bids closing at 10:00 am Eastern on Monday June 27.
Here are the jersey’s that are currently available for bid:
Jonathan Huberdeau – Team QMJHL # 11 jersey from the 2010 SUBWAY Super Series.
Huberdeau wore this jersey and recorded one assist in two games against Team Russia on November 8 before a hometown crowd in Saint John, NB, and again on November 10 in Drummondville, QC. He currently plays for the Saint John Seas Dogs where he captured a MasterCard Memorial Cup title and was named tournament MVP. He is ranked 3rd overall among North American Skaters by NHL Central Scouting for the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
Boone Jenner – Team OHL #22 jersey from the 2010 SUBWAY Super Series.
Jenner wore this jersey as part of a 4-0 win over Team Russia on November 11 in London, ON, recording two penalty minutes. He currently plays for the Oshawa Generals and is ranked 18th overall among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting for the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
Tomas Jurco – Team Cherry #13 from the 2011 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
Jurco wore this jersey when he won the Showdown Breakaway Contest during the 2011 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Skills Competition on January 18 at Air Canada Centre. He currently plays for the Saint John Sea Dogs and captured a MasterCard Memorial Cup title and is ranked 20th overall among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting for the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
Matthew Puempel – Team Cherry #18 from the 2011 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
Puempel wore this jersey as a member of Team Cherry on January 19 at the 2011 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game at Air Canada Centre. On day earlier Puempel hit four targets on five attempts to win the Shooting Accuracy Contest. He currently plays for the Peterborough Petes and is ranked 28th overall among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting for the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
Lucas Lessio – Team OHL #38 jersey from the 2010 SUBWAY Super Series.
Lessio wore this jersey as part of a 4-0 win over Team Russia on November 11 in London, ON, recording an assist in the contest. He currently plays for the Oshawa Generals and is ranked 44th overall among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting for the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
Daniel Catenacci – Team Orr #7 from the 2011 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
Catenacci wore this jersey when he opened the scoring for Team Orr on January 19 at Air Canada Centre as part of a 7-1 win. One day earlier he won the Fastest Skater Contest with a lap time of 14.017 seconds. He currently plays for the Sault St Marie Greyhounds and is ranked 37th overall among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting for the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
