Be part of the excitement on game days at the South Okanagan Events Centre by joining the Waste Connections of Canada Blue Crew — a fun and engaging opportunity for youth volunteers to support game day operations and on-ice activations!
Role Responsibilities:
- Shovel snow from each goal crease and player benches during intermissions.
- Assist with on-ice activations and entertainment segments.
- Attend most home games reliably.
- Work as a team with other Blue Crew members.
Requirements:
- Ages 11-15
- Comfortable skating in front of crowds.
- Must be able to tie their own skates
- Able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.

The Anthem Singer helps kick off Penticton Vees home games by performing the Canadian and American national anthems, setting the tone for fans and players.
Responsibilities:
- Sing anthems acapella before puck drop.
- Arrive on time for sound checks and follow the game night staff’s direction.
- Represent the team with energy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Confident live singing ability.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous performance experience is an asset.
