T-Birds acquire defenseman Trey Patterson from the Calgary Hitmen
KENT, August 8, 2023 — The Seattle Thunderbirds today announced the team has acquired Trey Patterson from the Calgary Hitmen in exchange for a sixth-round pick in the 2026 WHL Draft.
“We are excited to bring in Trey to our team. He will add depth and valuable experience to our defense group,“ says General Manager, Bil La Forge.
Drafted 28th overall by the Red Deer Rebels in the 2018 WHL Prospects Draft, Patterson has played 147 total WHL games split between Red Deer and Calgary.
