Single Game Playoff Tickets Now On Sale
T-Birds open 2017 Playoffs on Friday, March 24, at ShoWare Center
KENT, March 15, 2017 — Single game tickets for Seattle Thunderbirds first round playoff games are now on sale.
The T-Birds will play Game 1 of a first round best-of-seven series on Friday, March 24, at 7:35pm at ShoWare Center. The T-Birds will play Game 2 on Saturday, March 25, at 7:05pm at ShoWare Center.
Single game playoff tickets can be purchased on the T-Birds website and at the ShoWare Center box office. The ShoWare Center Box Office is open Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday game days at noon.
The T-Birds have a Group Ticket Special for fans that want to purchase tickets to Game 1 and Game 2, or both, before they go on sale on March 15. Fans that purchase 10 tickets to either Game 1 or Game 2 for $220 will also receive 2 additional FREE tickets to the playoff game they choose. Fans can purchase this playoff Group Ticket Special for Game 1 and Game 2 online or by calling the T-Birds at 253-239-PUCK (7825).
The T-Birds are 44-19-4-2 and in first place in the U.S. Division and Western Conference standings. They are one point ahead of the Everett Silvertips, with three games remaining in the regular season. The Silvertips have four games remaining this season.
The T-Birds can finish no worse than second place in the U.S. Division, thus ensuring they have home-ice advantage for the first round of the playoffs. The T-Birds at this time do not know their first-round opponent. A full first round schedule will be released once an opponent is determined.
The T-Birds play the Spokane Chiefs in Spokane Wednesday at 7:05pm. The T-Birds finish out the regular season with back-to-back home games at ShoWare Center on Saturday, March 18, and Sunday, March 19. They play the Winterhawks at 7:05pm on Saturday and the Vancouver Giants on Sunday at 5:05pm. Single game tickets to the last two regular season games are available on the T-Birds website.
The T-Birds are currently riding a 17-game home win streak and have won 19 of their last 20 games at ShoWare Center.
