Phil Carter is entering his second season as a scout with the Everett Silvertips. He previously spent four years as a part-time scout with the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres and four years with International Scouting Services.

Phil played three seasons of collegiate hockey with the University of Western Ontario in USPORTS, where he earned a B.A. in economics and an H.B.A. in business. After university, he obtained his C.P.A. and works as a CFO in the Calgary area.
