EVERETT – It’s the last week of “Movember” and the Everett Silvertips are asking for your help to boost our team donation totals before the month runs out. You can still donate to the Everett Silvertips Mo Bros this week at Movember.com to support one last fundraising push and help us finish among the top teams in the Canadian Hockey League!
A hearty thanks goes out to all the fans and supporters who have already donated, helping us raise over $4,200 for prostate and testicular cancer initiatives! Thanks to your generosity, the Silvertips currently rank fifth among WHL teams and seventh in the entire CHL Network in money raised for the cause!

Movember is a global men’s health charity engaging men to grow and women to support the Mo (moustache) for the 30 days of November. Through the power of the moustache, awareness and funds are raised for men’s health, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. “Mo Bros” effectively become walking, talking billboards throughout the month, inspiring conversation about around the often ignored issue of men’s health and seeking out sponsorship for their Mo-growing efforts.
The funds raised in the US are directed to programs run directly by Movember and their men’s health partners, the Prostate Cancer Foundation and LIVESTRONG Foundation. Together, the three channels work together to ensure that Movember funds are supporting a broad range of innovative, world-class programs in line with their strategic goals in the areas of awareness and education, survivorship and research.
