TRADE: Silvertips deal Steel Quiring to Regina for fourth-round pick
EVERETT, Wash. — The Everett Silvertips have traded forward Steel Quiring to the Regina Pats for a fourth-round pick in the 2026 WHL Draft.
“Steel worked hard for us in his time here,” commented Silvertips general manager/head coach Dennis Williams. “He’s a great teammate and we appreciate all that he’s done for us since joining the team in September. We wish him all the best going forward in his journey.”
Quiring, 19, appeared in 30 games as a Silvertip, registering three goals and three assists. He joins Regina with 119 career Western Hockey League games under his belt with 36 career points with the Kelowna Rockets, Calgary Hitmen and Silvertips.
