EVERETT, Wash. – The Everett Silvertips, two-time Western Conference champions and eight-time U.S. Division champions of the Western Hockey League, have announced their Giveaway and Promotional Schedule for the 2021-22 home schedule which opens on Oct. 8 with Opening Night, 7:05pm against the Portland Winterhawks at Angel of the Winds Arena.

The upcoming 2021-22 season is the 19^th season since the Silvertips opened play in downtown Everett. This season the Silvertips will return a variety of giveaways and familiar promotional nights suitable for all ages attending Silvertips home games at Angel of the Winds Arena, complimenting the 34-home game schedule which will feature 30 games on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Opening the home slate is Opening Night, Oct. 8, launching a schedule of 34 regular season games at home and will include the Silvertips pre-game celebration of their eighth U.S. Division title. The first 3,000 fans will also receive a Silvertips magnet schedule giveaway courtesy Lamoureux Real Estate and Sound Transit.

Fan Favorite theme nights will return to Downtown Everett, designed to continue efforts for local outreach and fundraising across Snohomish County and the Puget Sound region. Returning favorite theme nights to the Tips home schedule include Pink The Rink (Oct. 16), Teddy Bear Toss (Dec. 4), Undie Sunday (Dec. 19), Local Heroes Night (Jan. 30), and Navy Night (Mar. 5).

Giveaway nights at Silvertips home games provide fans a handheld piece of memorabilia to take home, including:

• Rally towel giveaway (All Ply Roofing) – Nov. 27
• Snow globe giveaway (All City Fence) – Jan. 16
• Mini zamboni giveaway (SeaTown Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air) – Feb. 5

Special event nights also scheduled to return include “Fill the House for Housing Hope,” presented by BECU (Jan. 9) and drives ticket proceeds to benefit homelessness solving initiatives. The Great Small Dog Race presented by Sam’s Cats & Dogs is scheduled during the intermissions for Jan. 21, Feb. 19, and Mar. 19, and in conjunction with dog races from Silvertips fans entries at local Sam’s Cats & Dogs locations. During the season the Silvertips offer cost-efficient ticket opportunities for a majority of their 2021-22 home schedule at Angel of the Winds Arena, including:

• JUDD & BLACK SUPER FRIDAY: each Friday home game, one lucky fan in attendance will be selected randomly and receive a prize package courtesy of Judd & Black.
• FRIDAY HOCKEY HAPPY HOUR: each Friday home game, lower level ticket and beer or drink combo packs will be on sale at everettsilvertips.com. Doors will open 60 minutes before the game (Arena Grill entrance) with special beer and food selections available.
• SEATOWN SATURDAYS: More information will be coming soon on special SeaTown Saturday promotions throughout the season.
• BECU SUPER SAVER SUNDAYS: each Sunday regular season home game offers $10 upper level seats.
• CHICK FIL-A FAN 4 PACKS: select home games will offer a special Chick fil-A gift card and ticket pack, providing each purchase with four game tickets and four cards redeemable for a Chick fil-A chicken sandwich.

• PRE-SEASON NHL HOCKEY: The “Three Rink Rush” and the Silvertips host a battle between the Seattle Kraken and Edmonton Oilers at Angel of the Winds Arena on Oct. 1. at 7:00 p.m. PT.
