EVERETT, Wash. – The Everett Silvertips (@WHLSilvertips) have introduced the limited edition Ticket Package for the 2021-22 regular season, on sale now which delivers a ticket to the sold out Seattle Kraken vs. Edmonton Oilers pre-season game at Angel of the Winds Arena on Oct. 1, and a 14-game plan to high-demand Silvertips games across the WHL regular season.
The Kraken, opening this October as the National Hockey League’s 32nd franchise out of Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena, will face Oilers in the first NHL pre-season game hosted in downtown Everett since the Tampa Bay Lightning faced the Arizona Coyotes shortly before the 2009-10 season.
The Kraken will make Everett one of three in-state stops for pre-season action as part of their “Three Rink Rush” Tour, with ticket proceeds benefiting youth hockey in Everett, Kent, and the Spokane areas. Individual tickets going on sale to the public for the Kraken and Oilers pre-season game at the Silvertips 8,149 seat home ice were sold out within two days.
