Pink the Rink Weekend Primer (10/20 & 10/21)
It’s Pink the Rink weekend at Angel of the Winds Arena! The Everett Silvertips play two home games on Friday and Saturday night. Here’s what you need to know:
Silvertips vs Brandon Wheat Kings – Friday, 10/20
Puck drop: 7:05 p.m. (Doors open 5:45 p.m. for Season Ticket Holders, 6 p.m. for general public)

Game notes: The Everett Silvertips have not hosted the Brandon Wheat Kings since Oct. 16, 2019! The last time the Wheat Kings were in town, Everett scored three goals in the third period to pull out a 3-2 victory with Gage Goncalves netting the tying and winning goal! Cole Fonstad registered a goal and two assists on the night. The Wheat Kings are 1-3-0 in their current U.S. Division swing, with a win against Tri-City but losses to Spokane, Seattle and Portland.

Promo: Pink the Rink. Every ticket purchased through the Silvertips’ website forwards a donation to the Providence Comprehensive Breast Center, directly benefiting cancer patients in Snohomish County.
Pregame ceremony: The Everett Silvertips will be honoring breast cancer survivors with a special on-ice ceremony prior to puck drop! Fans are strongly encouraged to arrive early to ensure smooth entry into the building.
Jersey Auction: Bidding for the Silvertips’ game-worn Pink the Rink jerseys is open online now! Click HERE to place your bid. Additional bidding items include two round-trip flight tickets from Alaska Airlines and team-signed merchandise. Auction closes directly after the game Saturday.

Game notes: Everett dropped their first meeting of the season with the Portland Winterhawks by a 4-1 score at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, despite outshooting the Hawks 43-26. Portland currently sits atop the Western Conference in points and is ranked #1 in the CHL Top 10.
