Rebels Sign Three Draft Picks
The Red Deer Rebels have signed their first three selections in the 2019 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft to Standard Player Agreements.
(D) Hunter Mayo – 2nd round, 23rd overall. Mayo is from Martensville, SK where he played with the Bantam AA team last season. He played in 28 games, scoring 15 goals and 27 assists for 42 points.

(D) Jace Weir – 2nd round, 38th overall. Weir is from Coldstream, BC where he played with North Zone Bantams. He played 18 games with North Zone, scoring 8 goals and 24 assists for 32 points. He also played 6 games with the Okanagan Rockets Minor Midgets, picking up one assist.

(F) Carter Anderson – 3rd round, 51st overall. Anderson is from Thompson, MB. He played with the Rink Hockey Academy Bantam Prep team in Winnipeg, MB. In 29 games, he scored 17 goals and 11 assists for 28 points.
