One of the most popular benefits for Cougars fans is our Never Waste A Ticket Program (NWAT). We know even the most dedicated fans can’t make it to every game—but that doesn’t mean your tickets should go unused. With NWAT, you can easily exchange any unused tickets for select future games, so you never miss out on the action. For the 2025-26 season, 20 games will be eligible for NWAT redemption. Every season member can redeem a maximum of two unused tickets per game. For instance, a family with 4 season memberships would be entitled to 8 additional tickets to an eligible game of their choice while a family with 3 memberships would be entitled to 6. The Redemption Process:
The best way to redeem your NWAT is to email [email protected] and request tickets for the game you’d like to attend. Be sure to mention what seating preferences you have (section, row, and seat numbers if possible) so the staff can get your tickets prepared asap. You can also phone the box office at 236-423-1157 or visit in person with the same information. It’s best to make these requests at least 24 hours prior to the game you wish to attend. Requests made with a minimum of 24 hours notice are guaranteed to be fulfilled. For requests made within 24 hours of puck drop, the box office will do their best to fulfill all requests but there is NO guarantee.
