Thank you for requesting a donation from our organization. We will do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible.

Due to the large volume of donation requests, the Prince George Cougars have established a procedure through which businesses and organizations can apply.

Please note that the Prince George Cougars Hockey Club’s donation policy is as follows:

    * All donation requests must be made at least four weeks in advance of the event
    * Donation requests must be within a 100km radius of Prince George
    * Please limit requests to one per season
    * Incomplete forms will not be processed
    * Any questions can be directed to [email protected] with the subject headline “Donation Request”
    * If accepted, all donations must be picked up from the Cougars Office – we will not ship donations
    * All those who request donations must fill out the standard Donation Request Form available here.
