Cougars Add A Defenceman and Goaltender in Eight Round.
Prince George, BC – The Prince George Cougars have selected St. Albert product Stephen Wack with the 156^th overall pick (Eighth round) in the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft.
Wack (6’2”, 162 pounds) played his Bantam for St. Albert and posted two assists and 26 penalty minutes in 32 games this season.
Wack is the first Alberta prospect taken by the Cougars in the 2012 draft.
The Prince George Cougars have drafted goaltender Matt Kustra with the 167^th overall selection (eighth round) of the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft.
Kustra (5’8”, 169 pounds) played for Notre Dame last season, and put up a 4-4 record in 10 games.
Kustra is the first goaltender selected by the Prince George Cougars in 2012, and is the third Saskatchewan prospect chosen by the Cougars during the 2012 draft.
