Winnipeg Jets prospect Logan Stanley (1) had a goal and an assist in his return to the OHL, doing so against his former club as he helped lead the Kitchener Rangers to a 4-2 victory in Windsor. Nick McHugh (1) also chipped in with a goal and an assist while rookie Jack York (1) scored his first OHL goal and Jake Henderson snapped home the game winner at 9:39 of the second period. Kitchener netminder Anthony Dumont-Bouchard made 21 saves in the win as the Rangers improved to 2-1-0-0. The Spitfires suffered their first loss of the season as Luke Boka (2) and Aaron Luchuk (3) both scored. Overage defenceman Austin McEneny pitched in with two assists.
