Wolves sign free agent Kimani Eccleston
(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Sudbury Wolves are pleased to announce that forward Kimani Eccleston has committed to the club.
“Kimani is another player who has really excelled over the past couple seasons,” said Rob Papineau, Vice President and General Manager of the Sudbury Wolves. “He played in the CCHL as an undrafted 16-year-old last year and earned an NCAA Division 1 scholarship commitment from Union College. He has had a great start to this season as a leader in Brockville. He is a big man who is an outstanding skater and will fit in well with the fast-paced style we play. We welcome Kimani and his family to the Sudbury Wolves.”
Kimani Eccleston is a 6’3, 184lbs, left shot forward from Brampton, ON. Last season he played for the Brockville Braves of the CCHL notching 11 goals, 7 assists through 53 games. In December of last year Kimani committed to NCAA Union College. Currently Kimani has played 23 games with the Brockville Braves recording 18 points with 9 goals and 9 assets.
The Wolves are back on home ice this Friday, November 29th at 7:05pm as they host the Barrie Colts.
