• After a scoreless first period, the Rangers came out hot in the second, scoring three unanswered to take a commanding 3-0 lead, one they’d hold onto until the final buzzer.
• Ottawa Senators prospect Luke Ellinas had a three point night (1G, 2A), and opened the scoring for the Rangers, triggering the teddy bear toss!
• The Bulldogs had a big third period, with three goals from Joshua Avery, Marek Vanacker, and Cole Brown they were able to stay in it until the end.
• Two empty net goals by Trent Swick and Andrew Vermeulen secured the win for the Rangers.
• Jackson Parsons made 23 saves on 26 shots in the win.
