- Anthony Romani notched his third hat-trick of the season, climbing into the OHL scoring lead with 64 points (34-30–64) in 39 games
- Romani also stretched his point streak to 16 games, a trend that has included 31 points (16-15–31) along the way
- Dalyn Wakely collected a pair of assists in the victory
- Winnipeg Jets prospect Dom DiVincentiis made 24 saves in the winning effort

Kingston Frontenacs 6 vs. Peterborough Petes 5 – OT
- Jacob Battaglia led the way for the Fronts, scoring his first career OHL hat-trick to lead Kingston to victory; Battaglia also set up the game’s winning goal
- Chicago Blackhawks prospect Paul Ludwinski scored the OT-winner in addition to three assists in the victory
- Tampa Bay Lightning prospect Roman Schmidt scored his fifth of the season, giving him 11 points (5-6–11) through nine games in Kingston
- Caden Taylor opened the scoring, finding the back of the net in his Petes debut
- Nico Addy scored his first goal in Petes uniform, with fellow recent acquisitions William Haley and Aiden Young collecting the assists in their debuts
- The Frontenacs outshot the Petes 49-22
- The Frontenacs improve to 20-17-1-0, having won seven of their last 10 games
