1ST STAR: CHAD YETMAN (ERIE OTTERS):
Chad Yetman‘s first career OHL hat-trick headlined an Erie Otters road win, giving them four straight victories to turn around a slow start to the season. The Otters defeated the Guelph Storm 5-4 on Kyle Masimovich’s overtime winner, but Yetman paved the way there with a pair of second period goals less than five minutes apart and a power play marker 6:31 into the third frame. The 18-year-old from Whitby, Ont. had five shots on goal in the win and brought his season point total to 10 (6-4–10) through 12 games. The former 10th round draft pick is the younger brother of former OHL forward Bryce Yetman.

2ND STAR: MORGAN FROST (SAULT STE. MARIE GREYHOUNDS):
The new OHL scoring leader, Philadelphia Flyers prospect Morgan Frost scored twice and added an assist, stretching his string of multi-point games to five as the Soo Greyhounds defeated the Kitchener Rangers 7-4 on the road. Frost scored 59 seconds into action before striking shorthanded with 4:26 left in the second period. The 19-year-old from Aurora, Ont. leads the league with 29 points (11-18–29) through 15 games and now has 230 points (80-150–230) over 214 career regular season games. Frost, who will represent Team OHL at the 2018 CIBC Canada Russia Series, was the 27th overall pick of the 2017 NHL Draft.

3RD STAR: KYLE MACLEAN (OSHAWA GENERALS):
Veteran forward Kyle MacLean struck twice to help the Oshawa Generals finish-off a 5-3 road win in Hamilton. MacLean scored shorthanded 7:18 into the second period, helping the Generals pull out of a 2-0 hole. He added insurance to a late third period lead on the power play with 1:01 remaining in regulation. The 19-year-old Basking Ridge, NJ native has nine points (5-4–9) through 12 games this season. The fourth-year winger is the son of Generals graduate, Oshawa native and Arizona Coyotes assistant coach John MacLean.
