– The Steelheads had their five-game winning streak snapped, though they remain undefeated in regulation in seven straight.

– Konnor Smith scored his first OHL goal for Peterborough while captain Shawn Spearing netted his first of the campaign.
– Barrie’s Beau Jelsma scored a pair for his first OHL multi-goal performance.
– The Colts outshot the Petes 39-27 as Michael Simpson turned aside 35 shots in the win.

– The Sarnia Sting scored six times on 14 shots as the trio of Ty Voit, Nolan Dann and Nolan Burke combined for eight points.
– The 14 shots are the fewest in a Sting victory since Dec. 10, 2009 when they defeated the Plymouth Whalers 3-2 in a shootout with just 13.
– Nolan Burke scored his ninth and 10th goals of the year.
