OHL News – Radio Edition with host Terry Doyle and presented by Bauer returns for the 2018-19 regular season bringing fans insight from feature guests as well as news and notes from around the league each and every week over the airwaves.
This week’s segment features goaltender Stephen Dhillon of the Niagara IceDogs who was recently named the OHL ‘On the Run’ Player of the Week as well as the Vaughn CHL Goaltender of the Week after posting a trio of wins including his first shutout of the season.
Dhillon is now a five-year veteran with the IceDogs who chose him in the third round of the 2014 OHL Priority Selection. The 20-year-old from Buffalo, New York, has now surpassed the 150 career games mark helping the IceDogs take over the Central Division lead.
The overage netminder chats with Doyle about life in the OHL and how fast his five years has flown by, his personal goals for the season as well as expectations for the IceDogs, early season success, and having fun with the shootout.
