OHL Concludes Investigation Into Conduct of Oshawa Generals Player Connor Lockhart
Toronto, Ont. – The Ontario Hockey League (OHL) today announced that it has concluded a League investigation into the conduct of Oshawa Generals player Connor Lockhart.
The OHL understands that the Durham Regional Police Service has closed this matter. The League investigation revealed that Lockhart violated OHL rules and the League’s Code of Conduct. This is in addition to the findings of a previous Oshawa Generals team investigation that determined the player violated team rules.
The League has determined that a suspension of eight games, which has been served dating back to the regular season game of February 1st, is appropriate. He is eligible to return to the Generals’ lineup as soon as tonight, Saturday, February 17th, when they visit the Erie Otters.
