Arvin Jaswal won an incredible goaltending battle.
- Jaswal made 33 saves across regulation and overtime for his first career shutout.
- Luke Johnson stopped 32 before the shootout, earning himself a shutout but fell short of the victory.
- Brad Gardiner was the hero for the Colts.
Sarnia Sting vs. Erie Otters
Final: 2 (SAR) – 6 (ER)
The Otters jumped to a 4-0 lead and didn’t look back.
- Gabriel Frasca (18) scored twice and added three assists in the win.
- Michael Dec (14) continued his strong Dec-ember with two goals and a helper.
- Evan Headrick (1) scored on his first shot since being acquired by Erie.
- Alessandro Di Iorio (7) scored both Sting goals during the second period.
Owen Sound Attack vs. Kitchener Rangers
Final: 1 (OS) – 4 (KIT)
The Aud once again proved a tough place to play as the Rangers came out on top.
- Christian Humphreys (12) opened the scoring before Cameron Arquette (11) fired home the eventual winner in the first.
- Jakub Chromiak (6) and Luca Romano (9) also scored for Kitchener.
- Jason Schaubel stopped 23 of 24 to pick up the win.
- Noah Roberts (2) had the lone goal for the Attack.
Oshawa Generals vs. London Knights
Final: 3 (OSH) – 5 (LDN)
London scored four straight goals to earn a come from behind victory.
- Brody Cook (2) and Braidy Wassilyn (12) each had a goal and an assist.
- Kaeden Hawkins (6) fired home the game winner in the third.
- Aleksei Medvedev stopped 33 shots to pick up the win.
- Owen Griffin (16) scored twice for the Generals.
Flint Firebirds vs. Niagara IceDogs
Final: 4 (FLNT) – 3 (NIAG)
Flint continued their impressive season with a win.
- Darian Anderson (7) scored twice and added one helper.
- Jimmy Lombardi chipped in a pair of assists for the Firebirds.
- Alex Kostov (19) had a goal and an assist.
- Ryan Roobroeck (17), Ethan Czata (14) and Alex Hage (3) scored for Niagara.
Peterborough Petes vs. Ottawa 67’s
Final: 1 (PBO) – 4 (OTT)
The 67’s passed last season’s win total with their victory.
- Hurricanes prospect Filip Ekberg (9) scored twice for Ottawa.
- Brock Chitaroni (5) and Shaan Kingwell (8) also found the back of the net.
- Ryder Fetterolf was the first star of the game, making 27 saves.
- Braydon McCallum (9) had the lone Peterborough goal.
Brantford Bulldogs vs. Kingston Frontenacs
Final: 2 (BFD) – 4 (KGN)
Kingston doubled up the league leading Bulldogs.
- Matthew Minchak continued his impressive OHL career with a 32 save victory.
- Landon Wright (6) and Aleks Kulemin (5) both recorded one goal and one assist.
- Matthew Frost had two helpers for the Fronts.
- Caleb Malhotra (17) fired home both goals for the Bulldogs.
Guelph Storm vs. Sudbury Wolves
Final: 2 (GUE) – 6 (SBY)
The Wolves continued to play well, picking up another victory.
- Alex Pharand (8) scored hat-trick, giving him five goals in his last two games.
- Nathan Villeneuve (15) had two goals and an assist.
- Paolo Frasca made 38 saves to win his first career OHL start.
- Carter Stevens (12) and Alex McLean (7) scored for Guelph.
