The Brantford Bulldogs took control early, scoring three unanswered in the first en route to a 6-3 Game 1 win over North Bay. Patrick Thomas netted the game-winner and added an assist, while Nick Lardis tallied an empty netter. Ryerson Leenders made 30 saves in the win. Lirim Amidovski scored North Bay’s first playoff goal, with Nick Wellenreiter and Jacob Therrien also contributing.
