Wolves Host Rivals
The Sudbury Wolves are back in action at home this weekend for more double-header excitement. This weekend, the Wolves will host two division rivals in the North Bay Battalion and Niagara IceDogs.
On Friday November 15th, the Wolves will host their renewed Northern Rivals, the North Bay Battalion as they make their way to the Nickel City. This will be North Bay’s first visit to Sudbury since 2002. BARCLAY GOODROW leads the offense for the Battalion with 11 goals and 9 assists in 22 games. Game time is 7:30pm.
Friday’s game is sponsored by BELL. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive BELL “BELLS”. Don’t miss the return of the BELL RAPID FIRE SHOOT OUT during the first intermission! The Espanola Timbit Tykes will hit the ice in the second intermission in the TIM HORTONS TYKE MINI GAME!
It’s Family Day as Central Division rivals, the Niagara IceDogs will visit the Sudbury Community Arena on Sunday afternoon. Game time is 2:00pm. The IceDogs are led upfront by 2013 3rd round draft pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs, CARTER VERHAEGHE, who currently sits 7th in league scoring with 32 points in 19 games.
Sunday’s game is sponsored by A & W. Kids 12 and under accompanied by an adult will get in for only $10. A & W will be rewarding fans with free Teen Burger Coupons and Teeny Teddy’s. One lucky fan will take part in the Where’s the Great A & W Root Bear Contest. Don’t miss the youngsters from Valley East Minor Hockey in the TIM HORTONS TYKE MINI GAME!
