Kahun Called Up
The Sudbury Wolves are pleased to announce that Wolves’ import draft pick DOMINIK KAHUN has been called up by the U20 German National Team to participate in next week’s Summer Challenge International Tournament. The 5’08, 165 lb left-winger is set to be the only player on the team born in 1995. The Summer Challenge International Tournament will be held in Fissen, Germany and runs from August 2nd until August 4th. Germany will play against the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Switzerland.
Kahun was drafted 39th overall by the Wolves this past June in the CHL Import draft. He led the DNL junior league in scoring last season with 21 goals, 36 assists for 57 points in 36 games.
Dominik is set to join the Wolves in Russia when they head overseas to compete in the Junior Club World Cup this August.
