Wolves Host Petes Thursday, Wednesday Postponed
(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Pack is BACK and ready to run on home ice this Thursday February 17th at 7:05pm when they host the Peterborough Petes. The Wolves will be looking to capture two important points in the playoff race against the Petes as both teams continue to battle for the final spot in the playoffs.
On Monday, the OHL announced that Wednesday’s home game scheduled against the North Bay Battalion has been postponed until a later date. Season members with tickets for Wednesday’s game can disregard their claimed tickets and resume use of their original access cards or printed tickets for the rescheduled date once confirmed. Those using the online ticket portal, will have their new tickets included once the new date has been determined.
The Wolves are coming off a busy weekend that saw them pick up a big win in Barrie over the Colts by a score of 7-4. The Wolves also picked up a point in a shoot-out loss to the IceDogs Friday and dropped a close one in North Bay Sunday afternoon. David Goyette continues to prove why he is a top-rated NHL draft prospect as he picked up a natural hat trick on Sunday.
With the government’s recent announcement of increasing capacity to 50%, season members who were unable to claim their tickets for Thursday’s game will now have the opportunity to do so. Season Member seats will be held until Wednesday February 16th at Noon to claim their seats in person at the Sudbury Arena Box Office from Noon-4pm or by calling 705-671-3000 between 9am and 4pm. They can also be claimed in their online ticket portal. Season Members who already claimed their seats for Thursday’s game do not require any further action. Season Members can resume use of their access cards and any previously printed tickets beginning on Friday February 25th. Tickets for Thursday’s game are on-sale now to the general public at the Sudbury Arena Box Office and online at greatersudbury.ca/tickets.
Following Thursday’s game, the Wolves will head on the road for Family Day weekend, making stops in Niagara on Sunday and Mississauga on Monday. Both games are set to begin at 2:00pm.
