Two Storm prospects named to All-American Prospects Game
Two Storm prospects will participate in the second annual CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game on Sept. 26 at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh.
Guelph Storm picks Nolan Stevens (pictured) and Alex Tuch, who both currently play for Team USA U-18’s in the USHL will represent Team Johnson (coached by former Penguin Mark Johnson) in the game.
Stevens, who is the cousin of current Storm winger Marc Stevens, is playing in his second of two seasons with the USA National Team Development Program. After collecting five points in 21 games in 2012-13, Stevens has scored once in two regular season contests in 2013-14.
Tuch, a native of Baldwinsville, New York, played 38 games last year with USA U-17’s and picked up 10 points. In just two regular season contests this season, the 6’4″, 213 pound right winger has picked up one point.
