Dawes, McGrattan Flames’ biggest shoppers
Christmas is rushing up, mall stores are beckoning and Nigel Dawes and Brian McGrattan have been outed as two of the biggest shopaholics with the Calgary Flames.
“Really!” said a somewhat surprised Dawes when informed his girlfriend, Sarah Howard, had spilled the beans during FAN 960’s pre-game radio show Wednesday night.
“Well, yeah, I like to shop,” he confessed. “But I’m definitely not the biggest shopper on the team, that’s for sure. I’d say McGrattan. He likes to shop and he does it quite often.”
While Dawes loves to shop for clothes, McGrattan is hung up on shoes. All kinds. The more the merrier.
