Callahan suffers broken ankle against Bruins
Monday’s victory over the Boston Bruins appears to have been a costly one for the New York Rangers.
New York forward Ryan Callahan suffered a broken ankle in the final minutes of the Rangers’ 5-3 win when he blocked a Zdeno Chara shot.
There is no further word on the extent of the injury to the 26-year-old or how long he will be out.
