The Guelph Storm’s annual Orientation and Fitness Day will be held this weekend Friday and Saturday, April 13th-14th at the Sleeman Centre and the University of Guelph. The event will include on-ice training sessions at the Sleeman Centre on Friday and Saturday as well as off ice sessions* at the University of Guelph on Saturday afternoon.

The afternoon will also include Fitness Testing with a follow-up fitness test to be conducted at the Storm’s training camp in early-September.

Attending the event will be the most recent 2018 selections. All on-ice sessions at the Sleeman Centre are open to the public.

The schedule is as follows:

Friday, April 13th

5:30 PM – Scrimmage- Team Red v. Team White (open to the public)

Saturday, April 14th

8:00am – Scrimmage – Team White v. Team Red (open to the public)

Afternoon 0ff- ice testing at the University of Guelph*

4:00pm – Scrimmage Team Red v. Team White (open to the public)

*Note: Off-ice sessions are NOT open to the general public.
