Bruce Power – Game Preview: Guelph Storm vs. Windsor Spitfires
The Guelph Storm welcome the Windsor Spitfires to the Sleeman Centre on Friday evening for the 4th and final meeting of the season. Puck drop is at 7:30pm.
This is the 4th and final meeting of the season between Guelph and Windsor with the Spitfires holding a 3-0-0 record heading into Friday. Windsor beat the Storm 4-3 in OT in the first game of the season, won 2-1 in a shootout back in November and then beat the Storm 5-2 in early January. Heading into Friday’s game Windsor is fighting to stay in the playoff race, as they sit in 8th place in the Western Conference, but are only a couple points behind 6th and 7th spot. The Storm, winners of 5 straight games, are sitting in the 4th spot in the Western Conference, where they will most likely finish the season.
