One game each week will feature a member of the Jr. Stormers Kids Club as the Junior Reporter. The participant will have a pre-game tour of the media spaces at the Sleeman Centre, receive a pizza from Domino’s, and have the chance to interview a Guelph Storm player following the game. How did you become part of the Storm?

Tyler Hopkins: “I got traded from Kingston a couple of weeks ago.”

Who is your favourite NHL player?

Tyler Hopkins: “My favoruite NHL player? Well, there are a lot of good ones. I like to watch Auston Matthews. He’s probably my favourite.”

What is your best drill for shooting?

Tyler Hopkins: “My best drill. To be honest, I think it’s just going in the basement. That’s usually all I do is go in my basement and shoot. I have a net, and just shoot away. No real trick to it.”
